Thousands of people are loosing their safe harbors at sea. drifting, drowning with no where to land. More than 1,000 migrants and refugees have died in the Mediterranean Sea this year, the sixth year in a row that this “bleak milestone” has been reached (Reuters).

This inflatable breakwater Tetrapod, cannot form an artificial harbor to protect from the effect of waves and could not provide a safe berthing for vessels. The project was presented as part of 'Point Cloud' exhibition, Manofim - contemporary art festival.
